In fact, the previous keeper was The Vendor’s father, who purchased the car in 2005, meaning the car has effectively remained within the same family for nearly two decades. The Model:

Produced between 2001 and 2005, the MG ZT combined MG Rover’s design with a range of powertrains, from the company’s own K-Series and KV6 units to BMW’s M47 diesel.
